Maison Francis Kurkdjian Launches ‘Oud Satin Mood Extrait de Parfum’ at Paris Gallery
On Sunday, April 30th, Buzzingtales was invited to Address Boulevard, Dubai as Paris Gallery celebrated the launch of the latest scented creation from Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Oud Satin Mood Extrait de Parfum in the presence of Master Perfumer Francis Kurkdjian. Maison Francis Kurkdjian is an established brand which is all set to conquer the region with it’s earlier collections as well as the newly launched Oud collection.
Francis Kurkdjian an award-winning French contemporary perfumer and businessman became famous at age 26 for designing the scent of Le Male for Jean Paul Gaultier, one of the world best-selling perfumes. In the year 2009, Francis Kurkdjian co-founded luxury fragrance house Maison Francis Kurkdjian with the Lebanese-French businessman and former Ernst & Young partner Marc Chaya, now a major global player in the luxury niche fragrance segment.
Beauty & Lifestyle editors and bloggers gathered at The Address Boulevard, Downtown Dubai, to meet with the master perfumer on this very special occasion and discover the making of the latest fragrance. We were dazzled by the insights about the world of perfume making and intricacies of fragrances as presented by the passionate and humble Francis Krurkdjian.
Like a shooting star that lights up a desert sky, Oud satin mood extrait de parfum leaves an enchantingly opulent sillage. In this newest creation, an abundance of roses from Turkey and Bulgaria round out the oud wood’s dark, animalistic tones with their sensuality, before enveloping the violet blossoms in softness.
